Day One

Your adventure begins as you fly to Phoenix, where you’ll enjoy an overnight stay in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Stroll through its charming streets lined with unique boutiques, art galleries, and inviting restaurants, setting the perfect tone for the days ahead.

Day Two

Today we journey north through the stunning Sonoran Desert with a visit to Montezuma Castle National Monument, one of Arizona’s best-preserved cliff dwellings. After arriving in Sedona, enjoy free time for lunch and shopping at the beautiful Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, where cobblestone walkways, unique boutiques, art galleries, and inviting restaurants capture the charm of a traditional Mexican village. This afternoon, climb aboard the world-famous Pink Jeep Tour for an unforgettable off-road adventure through Sedona’s breathtaking red rock landscape. Tonight, we’ll gather for a Welcome Dinner before settling into our home for the next four nights. (B,D)

Day Three

Enjoy a leisurely morning in beautiful Sedona before departing for nearby Clarkdale. Upon arrival at the Verde Canyon Railroad Depot, you’ll receive a lunch voucher to enjoy a relaxing meal before boarding. This afternoon, settle into your seat for a spectacular four-hour journey aboard the Verde Canyon Railroad, traveling through one of Arizona’s most scenic wilderness areas. Towering red rock cliffs, the winding Verde River, historic trestles, and abundant wildlife create an unforgettable experience that can only be seen by rail. After returning to Sedona, enjoy another evening exploring the town at your own pace. (B,L)

Day Four

Enjoy a leisurely morning in Sedona before traveling to Meteor Crater, one of the world’s best-preserved meteor impact sites. Continue to historic Flagstaff, where you’ll have time to explore downtown and enjoy dinner on your own. As evening falls, experience the wonders of the night sky during a memorable visit to Lowell Observatory, one of the nation’s premier astronomical research centers. (B)

Day Five

Today’s journey begins aboard the historic Grand Canyon Railway, carrying you through the forests of northern Arizona to one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. Spend the afternoon exploring the spectacular South Rim with time to take in breathtaking viewpoints and enjoy lunch on your own. Return by motorcoach through the scenic high country before stopping in Flagstaff for dinner. (B,D)

Day Six

After breakfast, depart Sedona and travel back to Phoenix for your flight home, taking with you unforgettable memories of Arizona’s towering red rocks, scenic railroads, remarkable natural wonders, and star-filled skies.
