The quality and value of the tours Mark organizes have earned him a loyal following, as well as, the respect of his travel industry peers. He has formed partnerships with organizations, businesses and agencies that capitalize on his tour planning and leadership skills.
Bryan Warther
Bryan is the youngest son of Mark & Pat Warther. Bryan graduated from West Liberty University and started out in the hotel industry. If you call into the office Bryan is usually the first person you talk with. Some of Bryan’s favorite destinations are Grand Teton National Park, Ireland, New York Finger Lakes, & Savannah.
Patrick Warther
Patrick grew up around the world of group travel and helped launch Warther Tours with guidance from his father, Mark, and longtime family mentor, Jim Nixon. He learned early on that great travel is built on thoughtful planning, genuine curiosity, and the connections formed along the way.
As a tour director, Patrick brings a relaxed, easygoing style. He gives guests the information they need, offers helpful suggestions for their free time, and encourages everyone to shape the trip into their own perfect vacation. His goal is simple: help guests feel comfortable, supported, and excited for each day’s experiences.
Travel has always been a passion for Patrick, and a few places stand out above the rest. Ireland holds a special place in his heart. With deep Irish roots, he loves returning to the “home country” to explore its historic cities, dramatic coastlines, and welcoming small towns. Hawaii is another favorite, offering a calming slow-down, warm weather, and some of the most stunning natural beauty he’s ever seen.
Patrick lives in Ohio with his wife, Abby, and their three kids—Aubrey, Ethan, and Vivian. When he’s not on the road, you’ll find him golfing, cheering on Cleveland sports, following Ohio State (where he graduated in 2006), or coaching his kids’ soccer and basketball teams.
Patrick looks forward to welcoming you on a future tour and helping you enjoy a memorable, stress-free adventure.
Janice Cosenza
Janice has been guiding for us for over 10 years and is known for her fun loving attitude. Janice taught chemistry at Dover high school for over 25+ years and has been a great family friend to Mark & Pat Warther. One of Janice’s favorite places to visit is the Canadian Rockies and will most likely be your guide if we have a tour in that area.
Elizabeth Stephenson
Elizabeth’s love of travel began with camping trips in an Airstream along with her parents, 4 siblings, and family pets. She and her husband Paul McEwan have enjoyed showing their 4 children most of the states in the U.S. Since retirement in 2024, she has gone on over ten trips, including excursions with Warther Travel. Traveling to Italy in the summer of 2025 was her most memorable trip.
She prides herself on being organized, a great problem-solver, and capable of herding cats. What she loves most about leading tours is meeting new people and helping them learn and relax on travel adventures.
When she is not travelling, Elizabeth is a community volunteer and self-employed consultant to courts. She retired from being a practicing attorney and court manager. She enjoys spending time with her family, which includes 2 precious grandchildren.
