Tour Accommodations, Luggage & Special Requirements
Warther Tours acts as an agent in selecting suitable hotel accommodations, attractions, and meal stops for each tour. Each tour is priced per person, with options for Single (one occupant per room), Double (two occupants per room), or Triple and Quads as requested.
For overnight tours, the cost may include baggage handling for one piece of luggage per person, weighing no more than 50 pounds. A small carry-on is also permitted, provided it fits in the overhead compartment or under your seat and does not obstruct the aisle of the coach.
Baggage without a Warther Tours luggage tag will not be stored under the coach without express permission from the Warther Tours escort. Any oxygen to be carried onboard the coach is subject to strict regulations, and Warther Tours must be notified in advance, along with the coach driver and escort.
Warther Tours Responsibility
While changes to a published tour are rare, Warther Tours reserves the right to adjust when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather. Any additional expenses resulting from such emergency changes will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Warther Tours also reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure if it does not meet the minimum capacity. In such cases, all payments made to Warther Tours will be refunded in full. Additionally, Warther Tours reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger as a member of any tour at any time.
Please note that Warther Tours acts solely as an agent for passengers and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, damage, or injury to property or person due to mechanical issues or other causes, nor for additional expenses incurred due to sickness, weather, strikes, wars, quarantine, or other disruptions.
Any individual or group leader booking reservations for multiple passengers is required to inform all parties of Warther Tours’ booking and cancellation policies, as well as other relevant tour details. Warther Tours is not responsible for any misinformation provided by a third party.
Warther Tours encourages you to download our app, “Vamoos,” which provides all the details of your tour directly on your phone. If you prefer to receive the trip itinerary and other relevant information by email or mail, we will send it 3–4 weeks before departure upon request.
If you have not received this information in writing from Warther Tours, please contact us for departure details at least one week before your tour’s departure date.
Bookings, Deposits & Payments
Reservations are confirmed once Warther Tours receives your deposit or full payment along with the trip sign-up form. For one-day tours, a deposit equal to 100% of the tour price is required. These one-day tours are fully refundable up to 36 days before departure; within 35 days, the reservation is non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Deposits for other tours vary. As many of our tours have limited seating, we encourage booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
Travel Protection (Recommended for any multi-day trip)
Regardless of the reason, cancellations may lead to significant charges from our travel and hotel partners, which include penalties and fees associated with canceling confirmed reservations. When booking a journey with Warther Tours, you have the option to purchase “Travel Protection.” This optional coverage helps safeguard your investment, providing support if you need to cancel your trip after booking or encounter unexpected issues during your travels.

- Cancel for covered reason if canceling 48 hours before departure and covers up to 100% of trip cost
- Coverage for Pre-Existing Conditions if purchased at time of deposit
- Rates are NOT age based (7.2% of tour cost)

Smoking/Non-Smoking Policy
All public tours are non-smoking, and it is a federal law that smoking on public transportation is prohibited. Frequent stops are made to accommodate smokers. If you have a smoking preference and it is available at your tour hotel, let us know at the time of your trip sign-up.
Departure Times & Locations for Regional Tours
Typically, our tour pick up locations are at the Walmart Supercenter located on Bluebell Drive SW in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Occasionally, additional pick up locations will be added as the group dictates. Departure times and locations will be outlined in the itinerary you will receive for the tour you sign up for.
