Day One
Depart for our oversees flight to Athens.
Day Two
Welcome to Athens the birthplace of Western Civilization, the Capital of Greece! Upon Arrival at Athens International Airport, we meet with our English-speaking guide and transfer to our hotel. In the early evening, transfer to a local restaurant where you’ll enjoy the best of traditional Greek entertainment. Our professional dancers, dressed in authentic regional costumes, will captivate you with a vibrant showcase of Greece’s rich folk-dance heritage. Join in as our talented dance instructors invite you to leave your seat and experience the joy of Greek dancing first-hand. Whether you sway to the soulful rhythms of the zeibekiko or spin through the lively steps of the kalamatianos, you’ll be immersed in an unforgettable cultural celebration. Day Three
Ancient yet modern, Athens is a city of contrasts where history and contemporary life coexist. Enjoy a panoramic drive past the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Old Olympic Stadium, Syntagma Square, Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, and the National Library. Visit the Acropolis to explore the Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion with its Caryatids, and the iconic Parthenon. Nearby, tour the stunning Acropolis Museum, featuring over 14,000 square meters of exhibits and breathtaking views of the Acropolis. After your tour, enjoy lunch at a traditional tavern in Plaka or a local restaurant in Athens. (Breakfast, Lunch)
Day Four
Begin your journey from Athens to Corinth, crossing the famous Corinth Canal, completed in 1893 to link the Ionian and Aegean Seas, saving a 400km sea detour. Its two submersible bridges offer a unique sight as they lower for passing ships. Continuing to Mycenae, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former home of King Agamemnon. Explore the Lion Gate, the Treasury of Atreus, and the ancient citadel rich with myth and history. Next, travel to Nafplio, Greece’s first capital, where charming seaside views, elegant houses, quaint shops, and vibrant cafés line its picturesque old town — perfect for a leisurely stroll. Day Five
Transfer to Lavrio port to embark on your cruise, departing at 1:00 PM for Mykonos. The whitewashed jewel of the Cyclades, Mykonos is famed for its charming chapels, iconic windmills, and dazzling white buildings set against the deep blue sea. Stroll through Mykonos Town, where narrow, winding streets lead to lively shops, cafés, and traditional homes. Enjoy free time exploring this picturesque island paradise in the heart of the Aegean Sea. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Day Six
This morning, arrive in Kusadasi, a vibrant Turkish port and gateway to ancient Ephesus. Visit the remarkable ruins of Ephesus, a Greek colony founded by the Athenians. Walk the marble streets, worn by ancient chariots, and admire landmarks such as the Magnesian Gate, the Library of Celsus, and the Great Amphitheater where Paul preached. The cruise continues to Patmos, a sacred island in Christian tradition. It was here that St. John, while exiled, wrote the Book of Revelation, the final chapter of the New Testament. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Day Seven
This morning, we visit “Heraklion” on the island of Crete, legendary birthplace of Zeus and cradle of the Minoan civilization. You may visit the Palace of Knossos, with its frescoes, Royal Guard Hall, King’s Chamber, Queen’s Apartment, courtyards, and shrines. Continue to Santorini, one of Greece’s most breathtaking islands. Enjoy panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and nearby islands. Visit Oia Village, a perfect example of Cycladic architecture, where whitewashed houses with blue shutters line cobblestone streets, resembling a picture-perfect travel poster. Then visit Fira, a charming town perched along the Caldera rim. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Day Eight
Arrive at the port of Lavrio(Athens) and transfer to Athens International Airport for your flight to Santorini. Upon arrival, transfer to the Costa Grand Resort, beautifully located on the water. Relax and unwind after days of exploring, as you settle into this peaceful paradise for the next three days. (Breakfast)
Day Nine
Enjoy a day of free time at your resort in Santorini. This evening we will sail on a catamaran for a dinner cruise. This Sunset cruise will exploit your senses with the imposing beauty of the Caldera while sailing the sea. Admire some landmarks along the way such as Red Beach, White Beach, Black Mountain and the Hot Springs. As we watch the sunset, dinner will be served. Overnight Santorini Santo Miramare Hotel. Day Ten
Follow us on a journey through time, while unveiling the myths and legends of more than 4000 years of History. First stop will be the Monastery of Prophet Elias, one of the oldest monasteries and the highest point of the Island. Next, we visit an ancient vineyard and enjoy tasting three different wines of Santorini. After the village stops along the way we will savor the most picturesque village of Santorini, OIA, which is known for the most famous sunset in the world. Free time for shopping or a coffee break and then back to your hotel. Overnight Santorini. (Breakfast)
